Looking for a card layout which shows red, yellow, and green based on integration information

I have a PfSense integration installed that shows whether my ISP’s are online or offline, along with some other useful information.

In PfSense, it displays the information in a very neat and clean fashion; however, I would like to have a similar view in Home Assistant as well.

Currently, this is how my view in Home Assistant looks:

Does anyone know how I can make the Home Assistant view look similar to the PfSense view? Including the red, yellow, and green based on states?

if you have HACS, then look for the card-mod in the lovelace repositories.
