Looking for a Zigbee Mirror Cabinet for my bathroom

Hi there,

I am using Home Assistant since several years and I am looking for a zigbee compatible mirror cabinet for my bathroom. I am using zigbee2mqtt.

IKEA now released a new mirror cabinet, it’s called Faxäelven (FAXÄLVEN Spiegelschrank mit Beleuchtung, Eichenachbildung, 80x15x95 cm - IKEA Deutschland). It has implemented lights and uses the SILVERGLANS driver for the remote. Unfortunately the website doesn’t tell if it’s smart home compatible. I asked the IKEA support and they told me the TRADFRI driver is not compatible.

Now I have seen that some other products with SILVERGLANS (e.g. SILVERGLANS Lichtleiste, LED für Bad, dimmbar weiß, 60 cm - IKEA Deutschland) are smart home compatible.

Does anyone perhaps know if that mirror cabinet could be useable with Z2M too? Are there any possibilities to find it out expect of buying it?

Actually, the cabinet include the Silverglans, which is Zigbee compatible, so likely to work with Z2M one way or another.
