Looking for an off the shelf keypad and/or RFID reader

Does anybody know an off the shelf keypad and/or RFID reader that works with HA?
I don’t want to be fiddling with ESP’s or something alike to make this work. Can’t find anything. Can find the question for years on this forum just not the right answer. Hope to see something good.
