Looking for belt winder

Hello,
I’m looking for a belt winder to automate my window shutters via zigbee. I can’t put a motor directly into the shutters, so I have to use the existing belt. I only found systems from Schellenberg and Rademacher, but they both need additional hubs. As I want to keep the number of additional hubs as low as possible I’m still looking for a belt winder that can be integrated directly via zigbee into home assistant.
I’m currently using deconz II as zigbee controller.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have a similar need. But I will try wifi for communication.

I am thinking and trying to implement these setting

• home assistant
• matofix belt winder (you get them <50€ from your local discounter or at eBay Kleinanzeigen) Wir elektronik Matofix elektronischer Gurtwickler Standard für 17-23 mm Gurtbänder | Haustechnik | ELV Elektronik
• esp8266 → semis D1 Mini connected with opto isolator (German optokoppler) to the belt winder buttons to control up and down, Software will be espHOME.io

May this a solution for your needs? Then I will post / communicate my steps and results.

Thank you for the reply. A while ago, I also find someone using a normal electric belt winder and upgrading it to a smart solution with some microchip - but I couldn’t find the link anymore.
So if you can give an update once you finished it, that would be interesting.
