Looking for energy monitoring smart plug (preferebly also router) readily available in UK

I have been doing a lot of googling and whenever I find a candidate it is either very expensive or not available in the UK (or not energy monitoring).

So what energy monitoring (preferably router) smart plugs that are a reasonable price (ideally not more than £15) and preferably that act as routers are readily available in the UK online.

Zigbee but I suppose I would accept WiFi but not toys.
