Looking for good touchscreen hardware for Home Assistant interface

Hello! I’m interested in putting a Home Panel or TileBoard based touchscreen interface up in my kitchen. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, cheap, ideally one-piece hardware device that would work for this purpose?

Thanks!

Well I built in a touchscreen literally in the wall … It’s a 10" touchscreen attached by HDMI and USB for the touchscreen to my Intel nuc

Second pic shows the place where all my Homeautomation stuff is located .Intel nuc …router Philipps Hue XMPP Server in orangepi etc … Just an idea …

Amazon Fire Tablet running WallPanel app. If you use 7, costs about $30 on sale. The 8 costs about $50 on sale. App is free. If you get the ad supported model, contact amazon support and tell them the ads showing are inappropriate for your children - they’ll remove the ads for free.

This suggestion fit my budget (zero dollars and zero cents). Side-loaded WallPanel APK from the GitHub page and everything works great. Thanks!
