Looking for water based cooling system

Hi all,

I was searching the forum and on google for solutions where I can use water to cool down one room. One must - must be controllable via HA

So what I am looking for is a internal unit which basically is a air-water heat exchanger with a fan.
I don’t need it for heating - therefore an internal unit from a split HVAC seems to be a bit too much for my purpose.

Any ideas if there is a affordable ready to go unit or if anyone has built a DIY solution?

As a side note - I don’t need to cool down the water - I do have access to ground water which is between 4 and 10 °C all the time. That should be cold enough to cool down that room by 5 - 10 degrees.

Thanks.

It’s called Fan Coil, or Fan Coil Unit.
You find them in all the possible forms and probably even some home assistant support.

Thanks for the hint - that pushed me in the right direction
I found this one, which even has a modbus interface :+1:
