So erm, I have something like a garage door to my workshop that can be controlled via home assistant (ratgdo). But I want to have an easy/secure way to trigger it rather than having to pull out my phone (ideally give other people access etc).
So essentially I’m looking for something like a pin pad or finger print or both - some sort of an access control device that can connect to home assistant that can then trigger an automation to open the door when correct pin is entered. Ideally zigbee but could consider bt/wifi etc. Need to be battery powered and need to sit outside (weather resistant). Ideally not too expensive.
