Loopenergy legacy hardware

Hi All,

Just got a communication from the makers of loopenergy that the older hardware gas and electricity meters will stop working in the next month or so providing an option only to get a replacement newer model only for the electricity meter - couple of questions if anyone knows this;

  • Is the loopenergy integration compatible with the newer hardware?
  • Can you run the loopenergy integration locally so it’s not reliant on a cloud service when the legacy system gets switched off in the next month?

So it looks like there isn’t even a web page access just apps, reduction to electricity monitoring even if you’ve got an existing gas monitoring, £12 a year after 1st year and currently no way of exporting your own data and if you close the account they’ll delete it. Fantastic :frowning:
