Loqed smart lock unable to authenticate

Since HA version 2023.7 the smart lock of Loqed is formally supported, I have been using the integration since the beta 3 of the release and has always been working great.

For some reason, i’m unable to control my lock.

Does anyone have the same experience?

Can’t remove and add the integration anymore, either. The integration site of Loqed does work. But when adding the device, I’m getting an invalid authentication error message.

I’m using the latest version of HA (2023.10.5)

Right. the lock itself didn’t have access to the internet. Never open the app so haven’t seen the error. But for sure it isn’t local :wink: Anyway, it is working again.
