Hi, I have installed Home Assistant on a Raspberry PI 5. The system is running so far and I have already added devices. However, I have the problem that the WiFi connection keeps getting lost. This can happen after just a few minutes or sometimes after several days. The system always shows me the error messages from the screenshot. Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong?
It can be a lot of different things. There is not enough information in your post. More than likely, it is your environment. Check distance to your antenna, interference, number of devices on your network, etc.
I would highly suggest you run HA on a wired connection over wireless. I consider HA to be a server and in the professional networking world, you never put a server on WiFi…or even a printer. Most environments are not engineered to support things like that. Sure, it’s easier than dragging a wire but there are tradeoffs and the biggest one is a reliable connection.
