Lost connection to the IntesisHome server and not reconnecting

Hi.

I have problems with intesishome desynchronization in my implementation. For example, I have HASS believing that the AC is working, when it is not, and vice versa, and the integration ignores me and don’t change the options, I have to restart the homeasistant for to recuperate the control.

Please, I need help for to resolve this problem.

I am having issues for the last couple of weeks as well. I haven’t looked at the logs however at a high level.

Intermittently HA, Google and Alexa (connected via HA) don’t update status and are unable to control the airconditioners.

If I use the Intensis AC Cloud app, I don’t have any issues.

What a/c units do you have?

I now use the local version of the IntesisHome integration however it doesn’t work with all a/c units.

It’s working again now after another restart but it a Fujitsu
