Lost ROKU after upgrading to 0.97

I am running Hassbian Buster with python 3.7
After upgrading to 0.97.0 & 0.97.1, ROKU isn’t getting set up

In the beta fixes I saw this change

Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this, thanks

I corrected this issue with the following
sudo apt-get install libxslt1.1
