Lovelace card as object

I would like to reuse the same card in different dashboards and yet I regularly tweak the card configuration.

I was wondering (hoping) that there is a way to change the YAML of a card in one dashboard and have it reflected everywhere else (other dashboards) where that card is used?

Some sort of master-slave card, or referencing in 1 dashboard the card in another?

Possible?

Possible to use !include on a card to include the yaml of another card?
