I have been trying to get google cast working (To cast the Lovelace UI for quite some time with no real success (except once a couple of months ago).
Is there a clear guide on how to get this to work and how to work out the correct variables to use etc. For example for view_path it should match what is stated in xyz screen.
I am also trying to do this at the moment from the Dev Tools -> Services as figure need to get it working from here first before trying to work it out in a script or automation.
If at all relevant my view has multiple IP camera feeds (as pictures updated every 20s or so) and a few other entities. I want to be able to have this displayed on my Google Home all the time except when I speak to Google or it is playing spotify. Then when its finished revert back to HA Lovelace view (I only have one). Doesn’t matter if it takes a few minutes for it to restart the view but even at this stage would just settle for being able to start it from within HA.
To clarify also I can get cast to work from cast.home-assistant.io through my PC however it appears this only works for 5 to 10 minutes before reverting back to my google photos collection. Also want to be able to automate this being displayed consistently or alternatively perhaps by voice command to google assistant.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
