I previously had two rows of 3 entity-buttons in lovelace and they were all the same size. I decided to get rid of a couple and create 1 line of 4 buttons… now the sizes are no longer the same
Any way to force a set size for all buttons?

Don’t think so. You could remove the second word in movie time and party mode. That would size them the same. Or add a space for bed time, and add alarm to House. I know these are bandaides but it would at least get you what you want for the time being.
