I’ve just testing my wife’s HA app on her phone and realised she doesn’t have access to some custom cards. Is there anything special that needs to be done for regular users to be able to access them? E.g. for simple-thermostat an error appears. Also the tracker card doesn’t appear for her either.

What phone and browser is she using on the phone
i found some custom cards do not show on my android phone if i uses the manufacturers browser but using the chrome browser does
iPhone 7 Plus with the iOS HA app. I use the same setup on my iPhone 7, same app version as well. The only difference here is I have my login, she has hers.
I just tried using my login on her phone and same issue. Just realised she doesn’t have Chrome installed so will try that now. I thought the HA app had it’s own browser…
Yeah it may not be that then as the IOS app works here, but on my android using the manufacturers browser didnt
Hmm yeah Chrome didn’t work either. I’ve even reinstalled the app and hard reboot, no go.
Anyone? Both phones run the same HA app version and Chrome also.
