Lovelace in Full Kiosk Browser on Android tablet becomes unresponsive after a while

I am fairly new to HA but I’ve managed to make a pretty nice UI using Lovelace that’s actually wife approved! Except one major problem.

The issue is that after a while the UI will stop sending input from the tablet, but it will keep showing the correct states. So the lights show the correct level, the fans show the correct level, the media player card shows what is currently playing, but if I try and turn a light or fan off then nothing happens. The only way to fix this is to refresh the page.

HA version is 0.110.3

I’m using full kiosk browser on a Chuwi hi10 plus android tablet. I have the tablet setup to start kiosk on boot, no pin, and to always keep screen and WiFi awake.

If you let the screen sleep, I think there is an option in the full kiosk browser setup to auto refresh when it wakes. On mine there is also an option to use the camera as a motion sensor, so that the screen comes on automatically when you stand in front of it - that should impress your wife! :sunglasses:

Huh. I’ll give that a shot, I hadn’t considered that.
