Low voltage when installing hass.io on raspberry pi 3b+

Hi. I am trying to install hass.io on a raspberry pi 3b+ and it gets to a moment where it just loops reporting low voltage. This is strange as I have checked with a multimeter the voltage using the pins p3 and p7 and the reading is of around 5.10V. I am using a power brick that has Maximum 5.5V and usually should be given 5V. The cable is of good quality. Can any one suggest how I can debug this in more detail?

Thanks

Volt seems to be ok, Amps might be the issue. I suppose you are not using a phone charger. My tip, get the original power adapter for the RPi.

You have to use a power supply with constant ampere (A) and voltage (V). Wall charger (for smartphones) do change the ampere / volt while charging.

Your power supply for the Raspi is not stable enough and Rapsi is getting problems or it ends in data loss! Just buy a power supply for the Raspi and you will be happy again. I recommend a power supply with 5V/3A.
