mysensors tell:
for integration with arduino you need
ls /dev/ttyACM*

? how there is no explamation in my sensors

Your question does not say what you are trying to do.
The question does not say what platform (HAOS, HASS, ESPhome, Arduino, Linux, etc).

Basically, please help us to help you.

On a Linux computer, ls /dev/ttyACM* might list special devices used for USB serial, RS232, or other similar hardware that uses serial (like Z-Wave or Zigbee radios).
