I have one of these “Luma” video recorders in my building:

I don’t see a Luma integration for HA, but I do see Control4 and I think Control4 owns Luma, so I’m wondering if that will work.

I know this is an old thread, but for the record, I have had HA working with my cameras for a while.
You can add the cameras using the Generic Camera integration with the stream source:
rtsp://username:[email protected]:554/Streaming/channels/101
rtsp://username:[email protected]:554/Streaming/channels/102
rtsp://username:[email protected]:554/Streaming/channels/103
Hopefully obviously, substitute your own username and password and ip address for the cameras (keep the :504 – that is the port that the cameras send the RTSP stream).
The 101 is the channel for camera 1, and so on…
