I am having a super strange issue with my Lutron Caseta setup.
I have a Lutron smart bridge and 2 Caseta dimmer switches. I used them with HA at a old house with no issues for 2 years. I recently moved to a new home and set them back up and I am running into random issues on 1 switch.
I have 1 of the dimmers on my exterior lights for the home. I have an automation that turns them on at dusk and off between 10:30pm and 11:30pm every day. The automation works 98% of the time.
However, twice now I have woken up to find my exterior lights still on (in about 3 weeks). When I look in the HA app, it shows them off. When I look in the HA log it shows them being called to turn off. When I look in the Lutron Caseta app on my phone it shows them off too! The only way I know they’re on is by looking at the lights and the switch. Everything ‘remote’ shows them as off.
If I toggle them on and off again in either app, it is back to normal until is ‘fails’ again.
I am not sure really how to trouble shoot this. I am inclined to believe it is on the Lutron end as their app shows the lights as off as well, but I am not sure where to start.
