Lutron Radio RA2 lights status are not being reflected in the cards

Hi,
So I have Radio RA2 lights. As a test, I created two cards. One is a Glance card the other a regular one for the lights. A few issues I noticed:

If I adjust the brightness using that glance card, it does not reflect by the other card
If I adjust the light manually, it does not reflect by either card
The glance card says the light is off, even if I move the slider and the light turns on.

Any suggestions?

I am having the same issue, but I am using Lutron Caseta switches. Anyone have a solution?
