For everyone who wants to preview their yaml before uploading to the device I created a LVGL preview project.
It is far from finished and not yet perfect but would love to receive feedback / updates for the project.
I’m open to feedback/improvements/enhancements

Just fixed the missing third party lvgl download.
next thing to fix is the highlighting in the yaml editor.
What benefits does it offer over the built in Host component?
For a starter it doesn’t care about all the stuff around the platform. it’s just plain LVGL rendering. for Host you have to leave stuff out like i2c, spi, esp32 etc because
This feature is only available on [<Platform.ESP32: ‘esp32’>, <Platform.ESP8266: ‘esp8266’>, <Platform.RP2: ‘rp2’>].
it can emulate values for sensors, scripts etc.

You should consider adding it to the official Device Builder via a PR. I haven’t tried your app yet but the concept sounds good.
