Mains powered temp/humidity zigbee sensors?

Are there any mains powered/power cable zigbee sensors for temperature and humidity. Its a hassle to go down in my crawl space, I have power outlets down there already so having hardwired monitoring would be nice.

None that I know of.

You could use something like this with a battery powered device though:

The important search terms are “<your sensor battery size> battery eliminator”.

I have & use one of these Ikea USB-C powered Zigbee devices. It’s the kind of device you might want to not hide out of view because it has a screen, but it works well & even does air quality monitoring.

Other than that you could consider a DIY project using Esphome using an ESP board & some additional sensors.

also use ikea vindstrika, and switchbot temp/humidity/co2 sensor, both usb powered

Vindstyrka seems to be expired. But they are quite expensive snd I dont need a screen or anything.

Sadly, these are not sold on swedish amazon as far as I can tell.

Yeah amazon.se dont have those. But aliexpress have them. Will have to think about, quite a janky solution.

I just noticed Athom now makes a usb-powered esp32-c3 with temp/humidity sensors, pre-flashed with either Esphome (if you want ble proxy) or Tasmota (if you want Matter support) so no DIY required. Personally I’d prefer this over Zigbee since you can customize the firmware.

@peterxian Yes good call. I too have many Athom wifi devices. They have been super reliable.
