Major bug in HassIO?

Hi,

I get random issues where the Hass.IO restart fails. I get a message failed to call restart. Then my system is dead as a doornail. I have to reboot at the Pi, wait around 5 minutes and my system is back up. It’s happened one time in the past, and then twice today. I always check my config before rebooting and there was no issue.

Any ideas? Is there a log somewhere I can find out what’s going on?

It also seems to get really, really slow when this happens. It’s not exactly fast in general though.

There is a log file in the root config called home-assistant.log

I run several rpi’s and do not have an issue but I run them off SSD. Maybe your SD card is on its way out. You could create a snapshot and install HA then restore from snapshot on a new SD card.
