Make controlling of Helpers more user friendly in Automations (like Devices are)

Helpers are super useful for customization, and they deserve a better GUI and place in Automations.
They should be more like Devices (regarding their ease of use in automations), where you have all the possible values of the Helper in a dropdown.

The ideal is that all the Helpers will just be part of the devices list,
And if you want to control an input_boolean helper then you will have the options of “Turn On”, "Turn Off’, “Toggle” from the dropdown.
And for controlling an input_option then you will have all the possible options in a dropdown.

I was literally creating a complex automation last night where a helper is used as an input a dozen times, thinking “It would be great if the dropdown was actually a dropdown!”
