I do have a garage door that has a 10 digit dip switch receiver on 433mhz with two channels.
I want to replace my remote control and make it integrated in home assistant.
Are there any nice ideas out there to achieve this?

There are a few ways to get this done, you can try setup a 433 reciver with you instance or setup a relay via either a normal zigbee/wifi/zwave relay or use a ratgdo.
Ratgdo may be overkill unless your opener has myQ support
A esp32 with attached relay is enough. Maybe at mmWave sensor and point down from ceiling. This allows judge car parked or door open based on object proximity. There is another o project with this but I forget name
I built one using an ESP32, Relay, reed switches, and sonar sensors to tell me when the cars are in the garage. I used this youtube video as my start. I think it works very well for what I want. My garage is detached and forty feet maybe from the house and the esp still connects to the wifi.
I would just use an ESP with a relay in parallel with the existing relay in your photo, then also add a reed switch or two to give door position feedback.
I used one of these Smart wifi switch garage door remote opener controller for alexa google amazon Sale - Banggood.com-arrival notice-arrival notice
Although most of the time the remote in the car is used to trigger the door
