I have a couple of devices which keep disconnecting from integrations: Reolink NVR and Wiser hub.
I can’t specify a static IP on the devices.
I am not sure if I’ve done correct thing on the router.
Router is Vodafone ultra hub.
Hoping I have not done something to compromise my network.

Correct, you assign the static IP’s to the MAC address of the devices as they are listed in the router that you have.
It’s always best practice to do it on the network side rather than the device side since device side is mainly for setup and troubleshooting when working with different IP’s and Subnets.
Make sure that the names you assign to them are consistent across the network so that you can easier manage them when needed.
