I am using a Shelly bulb which RGB attributes are available when the light is off. In fact, the availability of many attributes is independent of the light state, whether on or off, as informed by the “is_on” attribute. In particular I’m interested in the “rgb_color”, for example, to be able to show the light icon with the light color when the light is off, to differentiate the different lights by their color. There might be many more benefits to show all attributes, since many of them are independent from the light state. In my opinion, available light attributes should not be dependent on the light state as a principle.
