I have a light switch power outlet combo.
Is there a way to make this smart?
I can’t seem to find anything that is Zigbee or wifi enabled that is a combo switch/outlet.

Looks OK to me. I have a question, however.
Are there words on it in your native language? What do the words say? Can you take a picture of the label? Can you take a picture of the box? Where did you buy it? Have you tried powering it up? Is it mains powered or battery powered? What are you planning to do with it? Does it have any lights to indicate status? What is the mains voltage where you live? Do you use Home Assistant? What else can you tell me about it?

Something like this in the link below would also work for a light switch and an outlet. I chose this one because the picture speaks words, Tuya would not be my first choice of brand. There are many like it though, Shelly if wifi is fine too, Fibaro, though z-wave is generally more expensive… It should have two relays and at least one switch input: 2CH relay
You’d need a deep enough box in the wall though, or place it in a box beside it.
