The Netgear integration executes calls to SpeedTest.com every two hours if any one of the uplink, downlink, or ping sensors are enabled. This results in a significant consumption of data which is problematic for users that are bandwidth constrained / capped by their ISP. In my case, this scheduling resulted in 35% consumption of my allotted data. I don’t want to lose the ability to periodically measure the bandwidth of my internet connection, but I would like to be able to configure it to run much less frequently to reduce the consumption of my ISP-constrained data. I acknowledge that the documentation for the Integration does call out the risk of excessive data consumption.
