Make the Google Assistant integration translatable

Hello,

Google Smart Home API allow to specify translatted keywords to use some device.
For example, by default, fan speeds can only be specified in English and to be able to specify in other languages, it is possible to list the translated instructions to the Smart Home integration for Google Assistant.

For now, it is not possible to add translated messages to the Google Assistant integration.

Could it be pssible to allow this?
For example by adding a setting to specify used language in Google Assistant, in YAML and in the Home Assistant cloud settings.

It looks like I limited my example to fan but I noticed the same for select and input select entities.
For now a lot of functions are limited to English speaking users because Google let the developers implementing their own messages instead of providing predefined.
