Make tooltips for sidebar items auto-disappear

The tooltip should have a persistence timeout.
Click on a sidebar item, the tooltip moves to the top and never closes, until you move the mouse pointer. A very minor nuisance, but WTH seems appropriate for it :wink:
On stylus/finger displays, you have to touch elsewhere to “move the pointer”, so if you don’t, the tooltip remains.

Then it probably should be changeable (a11y).
