I have these, but I need them to extend futher than standard since my windows are almost two meters tall. The blinds are to short even when no length is set.
I’ve figured out that the blinds count the number of revolutions on the motor from top position to decide when it’s at the bottom position. I need 7-10 more centimeters at the bottom to cover the entire window. I’we dismantled the blind and can confirm that there is both more string and fabric to support this, but the internal logic puts a stop to it.
Is there a way to hack this? Custom firmware? Or using Home Assistant and ZHA toolkit the fool the blinds into thinking they are at a different position then what they really are?
