I am using the Lovelace UI and I have a few random badges showing. I can’t work out how change / remove these.
Can someone help?

From your HA web frontend.
click on the three vertical dots in upper right, then click ‘configure ui’.
click on the edit view (pencil icon).
Then click the badges tab, and from there you can remove or add badges.
