Manual gas sensor integration to Energy Dash

Hi, I have tried many of the options noted in other posts, but having no joy.

I have the following gas meter sensors set up and working through MQTT in configuration.yaml

I can see it as an entity, but cant selected it in the Gas area of the Energy Dashboard

any help would be appreciated.

Hi,
did you try to set your unit_of_measurement to “m³” instead of “m3”?

In HA-Core it is defined like this:
VOLUME_CUBIC_METERS = "m³"

Besides that it looks very similar to my template sensor (which has a manual input atm) which shows up on energy dashboard.
