Map Card configuration Entitles

Hi

I have an entity tracking my leaf position reporting in json format all OK leaf_location_json . However when adding the map card to display this I don’t get offered it. Only my phone device tracker entity and people with phone trackers associated. Searched around but cant find any advice that makes sense?

I have muddled through this thanks to OpenAI and your good self and resolved the formatting. I now have a sensor called leaf_location correctly interpreting current latitude and longitude of the car however this does not appear on the Map Card itself despite me adding it as an entity (the only entity). It is correctly fixing on the location as the center of the map but there is no icon. Could this be due to the location being the same as Home? I read someone saying that if the entity is at home it does not display?
