Im using the map card to keep track of my lawn robot & found that the map as default cant be manually set to a specific size but defaults to something like 2 Km * 2 Km. which is really annoying as i have to zoom multiple times when selecting its page in HA. Please consider making it manual default zoom or at least the option for this, instead of auto-zoom that is way off.

I am also interrested in such an option.
Before i came to HA, i tried openHAB which had such an option, but no support for my robomower…
It used to work when setting the default zoom level but now no matter what value is being inputed nothing changes.
Seems to be working again & has been for a couple of days
