Same… Rpi4b 8GB running HAOS here.
Also on same Raspberry pi
Same here, running HAOS on a VM inside TrueNAS Scale.

"The add-on currently has a beta change pending (the Matter add-on & integrations are pretty much in beta stage at this point).
If you want to be able to install Matter right now, you’d have to be on the beta of Home Assistant. If you like to do that, you can read about it here:
Otherwise, this issue will self-resolve upcoming Wednesday, as Home Assistant 2023.2 is planned for release on that date.’
