Matter & 3-Way Light Switch

Hello
Has anyone come across a 3-way light switch that has the Matter protocol? I’ve found several single pole products but no 3-way switches.

Yes they are rare, however, I have just received a TP-LINK Tapo 3-way Matter switch from Amazon, model S515 which seems to be a recently released model. I have installed it for my outside lights and it works as advertised for operation manually and from HA using Matter. However, I am having a problem in that the switch momentarily turns on several times a minute when the switch is off as indicated by its LED. HA also shows this and fills its log with the events but the outside lights never actually turn on. Essentially a nuisance issue. I have contacted Tapo and are awaiting a reply from them.

UPDATE: TP-LINK have been responsive and have provided a firmware update that resolves most of the extraneous messages when the light is Off. However, there are still messages every couple of hours when the lights are On. I am waiting for another update from them.
