I am trying to connect a Matter Bridge in Home Assistant OS 14.1 (running in Proxmox 8.3.2) with Google Home. The Matter Bridge is running, the fritzbox has IPv6 active. I specify in the Google Home app on the smartphone that I want to add a Matter-compatible device, but as soon as I scan the QR code of the Matter Bridge with the smartphone, Google Home says: “You need a Hub for Matter devices…” and the setup is terminated.
Someone having an idea what’s going wrong?
OK - solved. There was a problem with Google Home itself
