Hi All,
I’m having some major problems with a switchbot hub 2 which has been integrated in HA using matter.
HA finds the device and I they come up in the interface but they are always offline.
This has been like this from the start - I’ve been playing around with the system by cannot find why they are offline.
I did a separate integration in HomeKit and the devices show and work fine.
Any ideas?
