What does the Thread screen look like when you open Settings | Thread? You should get something like this - note the small key next to the name!
If the key is showing, make sure you’ve imported the Thread network credentials to your mobile phone. Companion App: Settings | Troubleshooting | Sync Thread Credentials.

the Problem is, that i used my phone with another instance of HA. If i liketo reset the setting i have to delete half of my settings in the androit phone. But in the end it work with a other one.
