Matter over thread, how’s everyone’s experience?

I have 2 matter over thread devices and to say they’re unreliable is an understatement. They’re by 2 different manufacturers, but obviously the whole standard is quite new. My matter over LAN devices have been flawless though. Wondering what others experience with those devices is. I want to expand my matter over thread networks, but without some more reliability I just can’t.

For what it’s worth, my 2 devices are an Aqara door sensor, and a Nanoleaf bulb.

I only have one Matter over Thread device (just to test this new world), the Aqara Door and Window Sensor P2, and it works perfect. Never drops out and instant reaction for open/close.

Thread Board Routers, both on the same Thread network.

  1. Apple TV 4K (2:nd generation).
  2. Nabu Casa SkyConnect (Thread only firmware).

I’m running HA Green.
