Matter Smart Plug doesnt work after Update Version

Hi,
after updating the Version to 6.1.0 today, my Matter Smart Plug does not work anymore. It says that the integration does not support anymore.

But it was working before…

Any ideas why or what i can do? I deleted it and tried again to add it, but than it says “Pairing failed”

Which plug exactly are you using?

The Eve Smart Plugs work here with 6.1.0.

When it says “the integration doesn’t provide this entity” this often means that the Server is still in startup phase trying to reach out to the device.
