Matter, Thread, Conbee2 Problems

Hello I have problems to get matter runing at my Homeassistant. I wanted to try to integrate an Aquara P2 Sensor over Matter and Thread. I have installed Matter and an OpenThread boarder Router but when I try to Integrate the P2. I am allways getting a fault like this: No connection to Thread network ha-thread-ce07

What Can I do to find and solve the fault.

My System is running as a VM on a Proxmox Server. All Updates are installed. Except for Operating System Update 12.3.

Looking at the name, it looks like it is not yet connected to your HA. Did you set it as ‘preferred network’ ?
You should see a square with a key in it.

Unable to add devices to Home Assistant with Matter via Thread

As @diedrichg pointed out this thread is getting long, so I wanted to create a long summarize some of the solutions listed above. Bad Matter over Thread Device @mobile.andrew.jones Some devices might not have the same level of effort or quality as others. Nanoleaf Essentials have/had known issues with some of their early devices. Try other devices if you can. I struggle with same problem. Thread, Matter, conbee 2, Aqara P2 sensors. The error in thread: Failed to process Child ID Request: Security

There is anyone, who successfully connected the thread Aqara P2 sensors to home assistant?
There is anyone, who successfully connected anything with the conbee II stick with thread firmware to home assistant?

I start to think, there is some compatibility issue.

Same problem here as well.
Thread, Matter, Conbee 2 flashed as border router, and aqara p2 sensor.
On Odroid N2 with HA OS 12.3, core 2024.6.1, and supervisor 2024.06.0.

Can’t connect to thread network ha-thread-49b6 Check that your device can work with this network type and try again.

Preferred network is set in HA.

When adding the device generating Matter credentials succeeds, but after the “checking network connectivity” the above error appears.

I don’t have any other thread matter devices, this was going to be the first, so not sure if everything is set up correctly.

Is there anyone who has gotten the conbee 2 working as a thread border router?

so I tried it again and I still was able to get it working. So I have looked on my network. My homeassistant is runnig on a Proxmox server as a VM. It gets a ipv6 adress.So installed All my LAN and there I couldn’t find any matter mDNS entry in my network that belongs to Homeassistant. I have entrys from my EchoShow 15 but nothing from HA. So maybe is there the problem?
Does anybody know how to solve this?
