I was about ready to launch the Matter door lock into outer space after HOURS of ChatGPT and Googling to try and get things to work, but I finally had success.
As long as the IPv6 stuff is sorted, I found the below worked.
I had to add this Firewall rule in the UDM Pro to get the final piece of the puzzle:
