Maxico W-UK007S - blinking LED when connecting to wifi

Hi,
I’m after some advise - I am very new to HA and ESPhome.
I have several Maxico plugs converted to ESPhome, they are configured as per the ESPhome website:

substitutions:
  device_name: "plug04-tv"
  friendly_name: "Plug04-tv"
  main_icon: "plug"
  default_state: "RESTORE_DEFAULT_ON"
equal to
  activity_threshold: "5"

What I would like to add to this config is section where the LED would flash when the device is attempting to connect to wifi (or dropped of the network and reconnecting).
Can someone point me in the right direction please.
Thanks
Andre
