I’m excited to introduce MBTALive 2.0, a completely rebuilt Home Assistant integration for tracking MBTA (Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority) transit in real-time!

How It Works
- Tracks two trips:
- Current trip → The next arrival at your departure stop.
- Next trip → The following trip, available in the
nextattribute.
- Sorts trips by arrival time at the destination – prioritizing the fastest route.
- Supports trains, subways, buses, and ferries with real-time locations.
Installation & Setup
Install via HACS – Add https://github.com/chiabre/MBTALive as a custom repository.
Restart Home Assistant.
Add the MBTALive integration under Settings → Devices & Services.
Configure stops & MBTA API key – Get an API key here.
